Bookings & Data Security
The ROAD READY RENTALS booking system has been designed to provide a safe and reliable user experience. We use advanced encryption technologies to ensure the protection of your personal data and the security of all transactions.
Booking Confirmation Policy
Once we receive the fully completed booking form with all required information, our team will promptly review your request and send you an email confirming availability.
If a deposit is required, you will be asked to pay 20%. You will then receive a final confirmation email including all relevant details regarding the service.
Please note that a booking is considered valid only after the official confirmation email has been issued by ROAD READY RENTALS.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept multiple payment options:
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable via bank transfer.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash or by card upon completion of the service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the service will result in the loss of the deposit.
Last-minute cancellations without prior notice will be charged in full.
Modifications & Cancellations

For any modification or cancellation to be valid, it must be confirmed by our team. As our services are personalized, we appreciate timely notifications so that we can adjust our availability for other clients who may require our services.
